How It Works
- Prepare each traveler’s passport, contact details, arrival and departure dates, transport number and full Malaysian accommodation address.
- Enter and review each traveler’s details and declarations. Review the assistance price before paying. Payment alone does not confirm government filing.
- Track review and filing separately. When documents are available, use secure application tracking to download the current version.
Who needs an MDAC?
Eligibility is checked separately for every traveler. Singapore citizens, certain travel documents and existing Malaysian residence or long-term passes have exemptions. New pass approval is different from holding a pass. Ask support about uncertain declarations, crew or airside transit.
The official form accepts arrival today, tomorrow or the following day. Our service schedules filing by Malaysia calendar dates, starting two days before arrival; this is not a rolling 72-hour window.
