What to prepare
Prepare each traveler’s passport, contact details, arrival and departure dates, transport number and full Malaysian accommodation address.
Who needs an MDAC?
Eligibility is checked separately for every traveler. Singapore citizens, certain travel documents and existing Malaysian residence or long-term passes have exemptions. New pass approval is different from holding a pass. Ask support about uncertain declarations, crew or airside transit.
When can I submit?
The official form accepts arrival today, tomorrow or the following day. Our service schedules filing by Malaysia calendar dates, starting two days before arrival; this is not a rolling 72-hour window.
How It Works
Enter and review each traveler’s details and declarations. Review the assistance price before paying. Payment alone does not confirm government filing.
MDAC
The MDAC is not a visa and does not guarantee entry.
How do I correct details?
Open application tracking to correct details or request a correction after filing. A request does not change an existing government record; official guidance calls for a new MDAC when information is wrong.
Track your application
Use your application reference and the email address used to apply. Check your confirmation email and spam folder. Never share your private tracking link.
Contact support with your application reference and explain what you need. Do not send payment card details or private access links.
